Im kinda new, but ive never seen kick panel speakers like that. how do they mount?

I'm assuming that you remove your old ones and screw these in and wire. Some trimming might be involved as I have never installed any before.

where do these go? at the rear of the window? does it have rubber/felt?

Yes these go at the rear, but its the metal frame only. If you want the felt/rubber I believe your looking for "38-5981 Crew Cab Runner (73-80)" Which I have for sale above as well.

I need all the window gaskets...I'd like to just replace everything inside the door as far as gaskets...the door gaskets on the outside that actually seal up the door to the body, those are good...also, if I had the money I would definitely get those vent windows from ya..but don't have money for that right now...God forbid you still have them in January, I'll have the money then...
