Camaro FRONT Sway Bar - Will it work on 1970 c10?

A guy I know has an aftermarket early 1970's Camaro Front Sway Bar he wants to sell. Will this work on my 1970 C10 2WD? Is it worth it or should I stick to a stock truck sway bar? I'm supposed to go see it later today...

Thanks

If it were me I would stick with a sway bar designed for the suspension geometry and the weight of a truck.
