Dropped 3.5/5

Seems a bit lower in the front than I thought it would be . I may have to bring the rear down another inch but then I would have to remove the bump stops , or at least modify them . There are a couple from before and a few after . The lighting was bad on the after shots . I need to get it aligned , clean it up , and take some good pics .

NICE Frank... I really like the offset choices you made. I agree that the back needs to tuck a bit more as well--- as far as the bumpstops (I just trimmed mine). Looking SWEET man!

Thanks for the compliments . The wheels are 17x10 with 4.5 inches of backspace rear , 17x8 with 4.5 inches of backspace front , 255/55/17 front and 275/60/17 rear . I think the front will come up a little since the camber is off . Pulling the track width in a little when the camber is set will lift it a little . The pass side is worse but it was off before also . I have thje rear srings in the lower hole on the shackles . I am going to wait until I get the front end done and then make a decision .

I wish it was . I have been a fan of his truck even before he bought it . So much that I thought about buying it when it was for sale . I have pics of his at the Dallas Super Chevy Show before he owned it . His truck is in a class that few trucks reach . This one will get some attention , but his will stop traffic . Frank

Re: Dropped 3.5/5

Wow looks great. Did you use 2.5 spindles with a 1'' drop coil in front? Flip kit rear? I was originally thinking about going 2.5/4 but seeing yours, the stance looks great, plus a flip kit is easier to install than shackles/hangers! I was worried only a 3.5 front drop wouldn't give enough front rake with a flip kit but yours has perfect rake. I thought I would have to go 4.5 in front, not so I guess.
