Tire question
Well, hell froze over today, and I got plates on the truck. I drove it about 30 miles, came home, went back out a few hours later, to take it to the store, and the right rear tire is totally flat. It's toast...was anyways....
Anyways, now that you all know that my truck hates me, I'd like to know what the minimum sized tire I could put on a 15x8 rim would be. I have a few extra tires in the shed, and I figured I might throw one on the truck tomorrow. Thanks for any help.

what size tires do u have laying around. a 215/75r15 would probably be the smallest i'd go. but that dont mean anything else smaller wont fit. what all do u have

Well, I have a stock rim I forgot all about, and a set of tires off a big caddy limo. I imagine I can use one of those tires, I won't be going far, just around the block. And then it's being put up for about a year, so I'll just go that route I suppose. And thanks for posting that pic Jason...gotta love it.

I have 235/75 15 on my 8 inch slot mags.
The caddy limo tires should do just fine as long as they have tread and hold air. |

I have 235/75r15 on 8 inch rallies on the burb. I think that is about as small ass I would go. Handles nice

If my GMC made it from Tx to Ohio then I'm sure... Oh, wait a min...mine was on a tow bar....  Any chance in towing it down there? (No, not with the Thunder-Chicken)
