A funny thing happened on the way home...

So, I was coming home from work at 5:00 on Friday. There was a wreck a few intersections ahead of me on 1960. So needless to say, traffic was at a crawl. A guy pulls up next to me with his head hanging out of the window of his 200? Chevy pickup. He tells me how much he likes my Blazer, and that he used to have one, and that you never see 2wds and so on and so on. This guy was really excited. I told him thanks and all. But he just kept looking, like his head was on a swivel. Until, SMACK, he hit the Volvo in front of him. It was just a little dinger. I tried to warn the guy.
Sorry for my contribution to anybody in the Houston area who may have been caught in the epic clusterf**k that was 1960 Friday evening. I didn’t know the Blazer processed traffic accident causing good looks. Maybe I should only take this bad boy out at night from now on.

Re: A funny thing happened on the way home...

I've only been on the road a week and a half and I've lost count of the comments and I've seen a few people pacing me and pointing. Car (truck) guys like to see them back on the road. When I went to vote today and parked it a guy asked me when I was going to sell it to him. I said I just got it!

Mine doesn't look near as good as yours. I'll start a thread and post some updates.
