How much POR-15 does it take to.....
...completely coat the bottom of the cab? I need to get some, but that is all I have to cover. I just don't want to buy a whole bunch, or not enough!

Re: How much POR-15 does it take to.....
I did a lot of stuff with my 1 qt I bought (eastwoods rust encapsulator), the backside of my front and rear (step) fenders, the backs of the bumpers, both sides of the front inner fenders, backside of the '67 grill.
I couldn't find the info for por-15, but here's some rust encapsulator info: Question: How much Rust Encapsulator will my project require? Answer: Coverage of the Rust Encapsulator is measured in square feet and is approximate. One gallon covers 200sq. ft., quarts cover 50sq. ft., pints cover 25sq. ft., and 16oz. Aerosols cover 10sq. ft. http://www.rustencapsulator.com/FAQ.htm I would say 1qt would be enough. I don't know about por-15, but rust encapsulator can be thinned 20% with laquer thinner, which stretches it a good bit too.

Re: How much POR-15 does it take to.....
I hope a couple peeps chime in who have done a cab, there's a lot of nooks and crannies... I would think 1qt would do the whole bottom...

a pint of por 15 you'll have more than enough to do 2coats on the bottom of the cab
