thinking about buying another!!!
Found a original 72 jimmy 4x4, AT, AC, tilt. Pretty close to original, intake and carb has been changed and ralleys installed. I think it was a highlander option, atleast the seats look like it. Has rust on both doors in the back corner, one spot on tailgate, and one spot on the top rail under the top, strange place to rust but its there. I haven't seen it in person only pics. I can't decide if I want to try to buy it with the way these years have seem to dropped in price. It pretty close to me is a bonus. Not sure about a jimmy either, wish it was a blazer. Color of it is a ??? too. Decisions, decisions????? Wife said I could get it but heck she doesn't even know I have the 72 swb 4x4 yet The main reson I like it is because its so original. I think I go out and have some beer tonight and think on it!!!

Re: thinking about buying another!!!
Make sure to get some pics Randy. We just came from out west looking at that '72 blazer again. It sounds like we have a chance at finally budging the guy to get rid of it. Trevor

Re: thinking about buying another!!!
This is the perfect opportunity to get the Jimmy and introduce the 72 4x4. Buy the Jimmy and tell her it was a 2-for-1 deal.

Re: thinking about buying another!!!
2-for-1 deal, now that's funny. Buy it, heck with all the parts you have, changing a Jimmy to a Blazer would be easy.

Go for it, and I wish we all had wives like yours. Mine notices parts coming in, let alone a whole truck... got pics yet?

Re: thinking about buying another!!!
No I didn't buy it, I'm actually in Virginia right now on vacation. It ended on ebay Sunday evening at $3200, It was well worth it. I just decided with the way everything is going as far as our economy, losing money in stocks, time of year with Christmas and taxes due, I'd better pass on it. I got 2 trucks now that I don't drive, the 67 hasn't been driven for 2 years and 72 I've only put 50 miles on it since I bought it in March. If it was a blazer I would of thought more on it. I really didn't like the color, pale yellow. Sorry for getting everyones hopes up. Thanks Randy
