I have a 66 lwb and am trying to find some really cool looking lwb trucks. I am about 50/50 if I should keep it a lwb or go to a swb. I will be lowering the truck so lets see what you guys have out there. Help me prove that a lwb can be cool, show me that size does matter.

Its a clean truck I've always like the 60-66 Body syle alot.

My 65/61. I like the stance but maybe a hair lower wouldn't hurt. I do love it long though.......uhhh, you know what I mean.

Its not pretty, but at least its a photo of it put together.

I plan on bagging it on all 4 corners, bigger rubber of course, but I'm not going to show you my junk. hahahaha

Amazingly enough my truck did come with junk in the bed. I think its a purchase rule that all trucks come with stuff in the bed.

Current status as of 11-07-2008 except its no longer on Jack stands

LWB ride so nice
my wife had a '65 longbed when we were younger, you couldn't even feel the Oklahoma dirt roads washboards,
with my '66 short bed i had back then, it would try to slide off the road when you hit a washboard

I guess the question would be why wouldn't you want it LWB?

Other than its longer than most boats.
