recommedations for side saddle tank

Hi Everybody,
I pulled my factory side auxilliary tank yesterday to get it all cleaned out and working again, but the radiator shop said it was done for. It was a welded steel tank that was rusted to death on the inside.

Anyone know of any new side saddle tank replacement companies? I kind of like the idea of re-using the holes that were cut in the side of the bed for the filler tube, so if anyone has heard of a replacement tank that is just like the factory's that would be cool.

And if not, does the poly blazer tank that's in the LMC catalogue let you keep the spare tire? And how does the filler tube work with those?

Thanks in advance.

Re: recommedations for side saddle tank

See http://www.nwmp.com/search.asp for new auxilliary side saddle gas tanks, but I believe these are intended to have a filler neck that comes up through the bed floor and out through the side of the box about 7" back from the front wall and 4" up from the bed floor.

The Blazer tank uses the same space as the factory underbed spare tire. Filler tube is up to you--there have been a number of nice solutions posted.
