windshield frame - CL Seattle

I can't tell if it is a first or second generation frame from the picture.

Second Gen because he say's you can use it to convert your half top to a full top.

I've seen them go for anywhere between $100-$250. I'd say $175 is about the average. Finding them and shipping them can be difficult. If you're cutting one out of a donor truck, get more than you need, you can always cut more off when you are installing it.
