I went to the track today... Ran a 8.18 @84mph on motor and 7.18@93mph on nitrous... Here's both the time slips.

Re: Ran a 7.18@93mph Today
Nice! That truck flat gets it done. Have you run it on motor in the 1/4?? If so how did it do?? What was the 1/8 to 1/4 mph??? Thanks!

Re: Ran a 7.18@93mph Today
Thanks! No I've never ran the 1/4. It's 120 miles to the closest 1/4 mile track. Should run high 12's on motor.

Here's a video of a motor pass. I was racing a Magnacharged 5.3L Silverado. I ran 8.22@84mph and he ran 8.50@82mph.

Do you know what kind of power you're making? How much spray to run the 7.18?

Re: Ran a 7.18@93mph Today
No I don't. I've never had it on a dyno. I have the 200hp jets in the plate, but it's the small solenoid NX Hitman kit so it's probably not 200hp. It would probably run a little better with a NX Gemini Twin kit.

Nothing, stock trailing arms. It's lowered about 4 inch's. I'm running 28x10.5 ET Drag slicks.

Re: Ran a 7.18@93mph Today
1.56 60' That's pretty impressive for a 28x10.5 in a heavy truck.

Eibach 4" drop spings with doetsch shocks in the rear. In the front, 2.5" drop spindles and a coil cut off the stock springs with gabriel shocks.

Re: Ran a 7.18@93mph Today
impressive for what you got in it. i might have to duplicate your setup. how did the pinion angle act when you dropped it 4" out back? it's got a nice stance.

Re: Ran a 7.18@93mph Today
It went from 2* down to 0*, so I put 4* shims between the trailing arms and rearend. Seems to work fine.
