Brought her home/have motor mount question
We moved from Dallas to East TX 3 years ago and the 72 has been in storage. I brought her home Sunday and hope to get the big block, suspension, etc. done by spring. This used to be my daily driver back in the day. I will proboably sport the patina for a while and add back some driver quality trim. The truck is a 72 Higlander but someone must have relaced the seat with an off-white cover at some point. Sorry the pict of the motor is taken from the back it is definately not a FORD.

Re: Brought her home
Good looking truck. I've always liked that green color. When it is fresh it looks good.

Re: Brought her home
Thanks guys. I got some good news today. I have a new friend who says he can get me 60-75% off warehouse prices for parts. I don't need that much stuff, but it adds up quick as we all know. I bought a lot of it years ago but now I will replae things like power steering gear box and things I may have put off.

Re: Brought her home
What a great looking project! Definitely make a build thread, and best of luck with the build.

Re: Brought her home
I have a question for you big block guys. I placed the towers on the frame rail in the front most position last night and it looks like I just need to drill one hole on the front of the stand where it attaches to the cross member. Is that correct?

Re: Brought her home
Cool truck, I like the green. That's only about the second or third SWB Highlander I have seen.
And the first green one.
