Newest project is painted!

This one got a small bit of shaving just to clean it up (cowl mounted antenna & fuel filler), installed new rockers, cut and regap the fenders at the hood jamb, general rust repair, installed full aftermarket wood floor fleetside bed and blazer tank. It started with what looked like a clean truck until dissassembly...... but after being, dissassembled, cleaned, fully rewired and having a ton of new parts thrown at it....it's starting to look like it's gonna be a slick little ride.

I will post more pics as we get this one together. Until then enjoy........

Dang. Looked good before. I like the older style tailgate on it.
And the Malibu bumper.

Thumbs up for the two-tone, and losing the step bed (also the El Camino bumper -sorry). That's coming together nicely.

Re: Newest project is painted!

I'm glad the owner decided to ditch the 'camino bumper too....it looked out of place to me...

Re: Newest project is painted!

I'm a fleetside fan, and I think it will look great put together. However, I was kinda diggin the old GMC gate. I'm not a fan of the El Camino bumper. though
