"IF" it was available not many were ordered that way.I have never seen one.I would think the Longhorn or Camper Specials might have had the option to get them.Most people back then did not expect a truck to drive like a sports car.

THE REASON WHY I ASK IS THE TRUCK I PARTING OUT HAS ONE I LOOKS LIKE IT COULD BE LIKE A DEALER BOLT ON OR SOMETHING NOT COBBLED UP OR ANYTHING LOOKS LIKE IT HAD AN OVER LOAD SPRING AT ONE TIME BUT ITS A COILSPRING TRUCK DIDNT KNOW IF THAT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT THANKS I WILL GET SOME PICS TOMORROW

It isnt that it is annoying, but it is hard to read and it looks like you are shouting at us.
Anyway, back on topic. I think a few dealers had the option but I'm not sure. Longhorn Man where are ya?

I have seen them stock (and on the SPID) on a 68 P/30, and a 70 P/30... but never on a pick up.
