is this good or bad?

when i stomp on the gas, and it downshifts to first, it will pull pretty hard and when it shifts, it wont chirp the tires, but it will kick the rear-end out quite a bit.

i gots a th350c and some sorta shift kit

You could call that a chirp.

If you look at your speedo when it shifts like that, and you see it spike or jump then settle, then you know you have some wheel spin.

Mine will do that most of the time when its cold. I can't hear it chirp but I know its doing something back there. I can only hear it at certain times with the windows down and radio off.

well great!

cause it does EXACTLY that. the speedo spikes and then settles. i could never do a burn out with my old tires(255/70/15's) but it would chirp them from a stop.

but my new tires are really quite when it comes to spinning.
