Kingstrucks on Ebay

Has anyone ever bought parts from "kingstrucks" on Ebay? I've bid on 2 auctions from them in the last week and lost both. Both times I got a second chance offer to buy the part from them not even 2 hours after the auctions were over. Coincidence?

They either have shill bidders, or more then one of each item. If your bid is higher then their cost, then they will sell it to you for that price obviously.

Well, I haven't bought from them on Ebay but I have dealt with them in person. They sell new and used stuff. I gave them a list of new and used parts I was looking for. Almost $1500 worth of stuff. After two weeks I never heard anything. I emailed them for an update on pricing. To my surprise I got a unpleasent email saying how busy they were and how they were on medical leave, blah, blah, blah and they decided they did not want to do business with me and I should take it elseware. In the end I did take my business to Early Classic and could not be happier.

Your call on if you want to do business with them but I will not. Kind of sucks since they had used parts that would have made it easier to get. To be fair, our first meet up went well, when he gave me a steel longbed, fleetside floor for free. It's the one I am using for my truck.

Go with your gut instinct. If it feels kind of shady to you, they stay away. If you feel good about it, then buy from them.

Re: Kingstrucks on Ebay

I have bought parts from Jeremiah and Jen King in person. They are standup folks in my opinion. They have real jobs and sell truck parts as a side business.

I sure would not be complaining if they gave me something for FREE.
