HELP FINDING - pushing the steering column

Sorry...Ive searched and searched with no luck....

Someone did a HOW-TO on gaining more room between driver and steering wheel by cutting that guide slot in top of steering column to gain my clearance betwen driver and steering wheel.....or GUT! lol

I pulled my steering column and I cut that slot bigger but was just curious is all I have to do is drill out those plugs down further on the steering column near the steering box..??

THANKS!!!
