Are these the right big block headers?
So I know there are several people here running camaro or chevelle 3/4 length headers for their small blocks but does the same configuration work with a big block? I am thinking of ordering these for my 2wd k5 w/454

Re: Are these the right big block headers?
I am curious about those too. My Hedman Elites hang down too low. Patriot also makes the same style header, they call it a clippster. I think it is a little meatier since it has 16 gauge tubes and a 3/8" flange. Unfortunately it uses a standard 3-bolt flange instead of the ball/socket on the collector.

Those "should" fit, but I haven't used them. I am using Sanderson headers

Re: Are these the right big block headers?
I looked at the pic, they look like they would work. Post back if you get them. Hookers are decently priced in my opinion, so you can't go wrong by getting them.

My wife came outside the other day and stopped me saying "I don't like that", I said, What? She pointed at the headers and said they have to be shiny!! Here she goes again... making me buy more stuff for the lowrider. So, now, I like those Sanderson's but they may not be "good enuf" for her approval. I may need to go stainless or billet to meet her standards. Kenny

Re: Are these the right big block headers?
