FINALLY Starting Build
Okay ya'll, Im Finally fixin to start the teardown, just wondering if theres any 'Common Knowledge' pointers.
I got her in the garage today, fixed a few flouresent lights, and had to push her in At the current time, the brakes need bleeding so there is practically no power, as if the tires were seized, tho it puches O_o. I have come to the conclusion that i am in need of a new pass. outer and inner fender (Dang Walmart Batteries!), a new cab >_< and possibly a new driver door, I am grateful however that the hood only has a little ding in it, there is no rust holes on the driver outer fender O_O, there is only a small area on the driver inner that is rusted out, the grill is in better condition than previously thought, and the bed is in understandingly fair condition. I'll work to get some pictures on hopefully before the night ends.

Re: FINALLY Starting Build
First rob a bank and get away with it. First see what you got.Sounds like you're already doing that. Then decide if it's going to be a frame off or a driving resto. Then come up with a budget.Double that then multiply by 3.Come up with a time table, then double that, multiply by 3.Then come up with a build plan and keep with it.
When disassembling bag and tag everything.Keep everything.Take your time and do it right the first time,it will only cost more to do it over.Buy more tools than you will need(someone needs to have them in case I need to borrow).Make a schedule and keep with it.Maybe a simple one like "I will accomplish 1 minor project a week and one major project a month." Just keep after it ,but if you get burnt out step back and take a breather.

Re: FINALLY Starting Build
Great advice, i am positive that it is a frame off, I agree 1000% on the take your time part, ive got a bud who rushes through all his products and as a result, I am called XD. I think it was longhorn_man who said a while back that you can pick two:
You can do it Fast You can do it Cheap You can do it Right
