Cutting out bed rail for Gas tank

Just wanted to pick your minds on what you did to cut this rail out without ruining the paint?

Will take your ideas and put them with mine and go from there.. papa

Re: Cutting out bed rail for Gas tank

I would use a sawsall and or grinder cutting disks. Its fast and no real heat to mess up the paint.
