uh oh, might be getting 17's
heres the deal. my friend has a 91 lwb ex cab with a 2/4 drop. he had these 17 inch boyds on there for a while untile he blew one tire and then took them off and put the stockers back on. so there they sit in his garage. he says 'we should try to fit these on your truck'. I say 'there is no way those will fit' (275/40/17's front : 285/40/17's rear : 17 X 9.5). so we finished his break job at midnignt tonight and got board. and you guessed it, test fit time. we tried them on there and i almost crapped my pants. not only do they fit they look soooooo sweet. the front ones have a ton of offset and use adapters to space them out some (which i'm not a fan of but they are nice ones), and the rear ones have alot of 'dish'. my description is crappy but there will be some pics. i had to blab all this b/c these things make the truck totaly different. we haven't talked price yet but i will score a pretty good deal on them

hey low84 any idea what brand spacer he used? I have some 17" Weld Scorpions that I had on my Jimmy for a while and the problem with them was needing some spacers. Looked great from side but like crap from front or back. They were originally on my 87 GN so thats the reason for the backspacing being off so much.

Thanks Ryan....nice looking trucks you have there btw. The 84 looks lower than my Jimmy and it has 3" spindles and 1" spring and a flip kit out back. Also love the 64.........i have one my dad bought new that will be my next project. ......Still probably $10000 from the condition your appears to be in
I rescued it from its home in the woods where a pack rat had called home for many many years it seemed. Opened the hood first time and you could not even see the engine. Brad
