I just enlarged your pic and can make out enough of the p/n to think they are what I am looking for. I will take them, please confirm that they are P/N's 2391770 & 2391771 and how many you have of each. Thanks

You better put prices on this stuff before the "Mods" attack you. Board rules. Must state prices. Sure would like to have that bumper. Wish you were closer.

Is that the RS97325? If so i'll get in line for $40 shipped since you didn't post prices. (which you need to)

Re: Some New & Used Parts For Sale From My 70 K-10 Project

Prices added....As per rules....Which to me is kinda stupid as OBO overrides everything anyways! JMO!

Not sure of what all it fits on....but I believe it's a "Universal" type that will work on many applications....It was sold to me by Wes @ Classic Heartbeat - He picked it for my application.....which was for a 1970 Dana 44.....I wound up using a front axle out of a 76...and It required a completely different style stabalizer as it already had them mounting bracket attached to it......

Part number for Stabilizer is: RS5402
Mounting Kit # is: RS5509

I'm a crappy seller because someone else beat you to them and because you didn't want to make an offer......AARGH...I'm just trying to make the stuff go away....I would of let them go for free...just the ride....

This is the Internet....The first one who commits and shows me the money...WINS!

Rackman

He's trying to say that people are suppose to reply in the thread, not by PM... that keeps it in the open and nobody feels cheated...

PM is fine for the details (price, shipping, payment etc..) but people are suppose to "get in line" on the thread itself...

I have an 82 axle so it won't work for me either then...

the prices are because people use to turn it into Ebay with a bidding war...

Re: Some New & Used Parts For Sale From My 70 K-10 Project

Thanks Mike for helping me understand....I just Never sold that way on a board before....I prefer that the first guy who commits and pays for it owns it....as there are times when you hold something for someone and they never come through and in the meantime you miss other potential buyers.....

But I'm new and learning....Just don't think I deserved to be CRUCIFIED by him over it either.....

I agree, i've lost stuff by not stating "i'll take it" but by asking questions instead....

up to you to fix it then... good luck

da rules: your PM buyer needs to read them as well... they are just as wrong..

Re: Some New & Used Parts For Sale From My 70 K-10 Project

Board rules are to reply to the post and if someone has replied and shows intrest then pm's you with questions that is ok. If someone does not reply and is trying to buy them via pm only, then that is not acceptable and is in the rules. Please read the rules on selling if you are not sure. This goes for buyers and sellers.

Thanks PT

The commitment was shown above in post #3: I will take them, please confirm that they are P/N's 2391770 & 2391771 and how many you have of each. Thanks

It's in plain, easy to understand text. I am not the one editing - deleting any post in this thread either....

This was your commitment?...VIA PM......Sounds like a big maybe to me....

Quote:
Hi Dan, I was just trying to buy your bushings and now you want me to sell them too , I dont like pricing other peoples stuff. I really do not know what these rubber one's are worth, the last set I purchased was more then 5 years ago for my k/5 and they were the poly type bushings. Just let me know what you need for them and I will give you a yes/no answer
Ok...so I made a mistake in not originally putting the prices on the items....Maybe your first post to me should have told me that I needed to do that.....My thinking is....that you were hoping that It would be a total steal...cuz I'm sure you were probably just gonna re-sell them anyways.....

Yes, once again my commitment was stated in fs thread post #3, I have never backed out / left someone hanging-waiting for their $$$.

That qouted pm was the the last contact sent by myself asking you to price your own stuff, by this time I had realized that you were shopping/ebaying the parts to the highest bidder.

This will be my last post in your smelly thread, just one last question - WBTB???

These guys (pm buyers) are the ones to put the blame on here, these type of private dealings are going on way to much!

Really that was your last PM to me.......Actually, This was your last PM to me....comparing the Poly ones from Ebay...
Quote:
I just did an ebay search for value on these bushings and ony found the poly type like I used on by K/5. Here is that clickable link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=360103940747
Let it die dude....it's a set of bushings for crying out loud.....Oh and thanks for the PM's from the quiet supporters who agree that is was a harmless mistake!

I LOVE MY TRUCK!

Dan
