Question paint code ?

my burb has beenlong painted over, but how can i find the gold color that was originally on my 67 burb. it has a special paint code #04001kg, and niether one of the paint link things didnt show it for 67.

The closest "gold" color for '67 was similar to the fawn poly color for '66. While GM had a gold paint in '67, on my '67 Impala Convertible it was called Granada Gold and the same color paint on my '67 Firebird Sprint was Signet Gold. I don't have the paint codes for that paint, but you may be able to find it on a chart and compare it to your paint. Do you have any of the original paint left showing anywhere on the body, under the hood, behind a body tag, etc?
