What kind of Truck/Bus/Camper/Horse Hauler is this?
Check out the ad on Kijiji up her in the Great White North". No, it is not my ad but I see from the background that he has a few AD Trucks on the property.

They used those as Civil Defense wagons and book mobiles. After the Korean war the gov was just about giving away to cities and towns all their old hardware. My town ended up with a Duck they used in parades and a duce and a half they used tohaul wood out of the reservior and a WWI Tank for the town square.

looks like the pic was taken at a swapmeet. looks like the rigs they used for bookmobiles. pretty cool!
