Saw an old 2 ton wheat truck with a mock up of one once. I think it was a quick fix during harvest, replacing the old dump bed that had huge rust holes in it.

Only thing you could do (from the dealer) is a white top and then the body color.
No actual two tone in the way we normally think of it. |

Not Stock, but this is the only 2-tone step I have seen. Like Andy said, all I have ever seen is white roof/with some other color (and all I have ever seen is that same medium olive my trcuk is (yuck)
