Brake questions 1971 C-10

Ok---I have a 69 stepside that I am puting a 1971 (new) master and booster on.The front has been converted to disk from a 85 and the stock (69)rear drums. The large bowl on the master is in front but it is a smaller line than the rear---do these lines cross? I have a stock type new prop valve.Any info is much appreciated. Thanks Chip
