camaro tach question?

I have seen a few guys putting camero tachs in these 67-72 gauge clusters. My quesion what year tach are they using and is there one that goes bigger tha 7 grand? thanks

Rick,

There is a pretty good thread on the FAQ forum. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and you will see the "Forum Jump" box. Click on the little down arrow on the right side of the box and scroll down to "FAQ Truck Tech". On that page go down to "Thread / Thread Starter: FAQ Index thread" and click on it. When you get into that scroll down to the "Interior related FAQ's" section then select "Camaro Tach". There is actually two of them. Also see "Gringolocos Camaro Tach Install".

I could have just posted a direct link but there is a lot of good info in the FAQ section and now the new people that read this thread will know how to get to it.

I think I have a 7k tach and would prefer the 5k tach. That's a project for down the road, but let me know if you'd be interested in a trade. I'll probably be down for the NorCal meet in a few weeks...
