What year did the tilt column come from and was it an auto or manual floor shift?

The wiring is a universal setup.

I did not install it but it looks like its a couples screws that hold it up.

does the universal wiring harness connect to everything in the truck? who made this harness? would i need the under dash harness to go with it as well?

Yes it will connect to everything in truck but youwill have to keep your original connectors. It will have additional connection to wire for electric windows , fan, or whatever. You do not need the under dash harness, it comes with fuse box, fuses and all wires. Street Rod Harness.
