Would this work...please help!!!
Would a 68 327 out of a C50 tractor truck,it is the original motor.could it work without having to change out any internal motor parts and would a 350 or 400 th hook up to it.Motor mounts and small stuff I think I can handle,just don't want to get it,if it's gonna be to much trouble ....Need answers please,because I think this might be my diamond in the ruff....

Yes a th350 and 400 will bolt up.

It's a just a small block Chevy. Underneath that big truck, it's the same thing you're used to. It will go directly into a smaller truck, hook up to the trans, etc...

That's what I have always liked about the older Chevy engines. They interchange in just about anything.

I thought that Chevy also made a larger heavier 327 industrial motor?
Is this true or not?

on some of the heavy trucks the heads were different. they had larger accessory bolt hole and they were in slightly different places. it is an easy modification just drill the bracket holes to a larger size and you need cut and make one bracket longer. Otherwise it will bolt right in but you should change the timing chain and use a four barrel intake manifold.
