85 long bed

hi guys i recently joined up on here and have finally got some time to post my truck. its an 85 silverado with a 305, put an eldebrock carb and a mallory high volt distributar. being young and dumb(only 17) thought i was mario andretti and flip it on its side on a gravel road. anyways ive spent the 8 month doing odd and ends trying to get it straight again. in hte last month ive really been working on it after work when i can
here are the pics from when i wrecked it

First off welcome longbed from new mexico. Second damn!! Dude, the truck aint much of a driffter is it? Well we all learn from our mistakes and hopefully u will to. Good luck with the work. Ur gettin it their.

primer makes everything beter, i have had many just primer and chrome looks whole lot beter keep me informed good luck

well i ran up bout a 12 ft embankment hit a tree fliped on its side skidded down a gravel road 50 60 ft fliped back down on its wheels and drove it to a buddys house to change a tire that broke seal. it scared the crap outta me actually it happened 2 weeks before my 17th birthday.

I'm glad you and the truck are ok. Were you wearing your seatbelt?

So what got the worst damage, the truck, the tree, or your underwear?

Got some plans for the truck, or are you going to keep it original?

yea i was wearing my seat belt i always do, my mom got me into the habbit when i was a little kid so its just instinct to put it on. my plans for the truck are to get it one color MAYBE lower it just do odd and end stuff to it. debating on tail lights now, i like the look of the long caddys but i want something that will stick out in the crowd. any one have any suggestions?

Damn man glad that you are still around to talk about it. Truck doesn't look as bad as I thought it was going too. Looking better already keep up the good work. I kinda like the caddy lights too but they are everywhere you look so.
