trans question

I have a turbo 350 in my truck and it goes down the road fine and shifts good but put it under a load or try to spin tires and it squeals is my trans shot or is the torque converter junk or both and how much are we talking for a rebuild roughly

you need to verify that it is in fact the tranny. Could be a carrier bearing on the driveshaft, a belt, in the engine, other things too that I'm just not thinking of at the moment
