1970 Column

I have a line on a 1970 Chevy van tilt column. My question is....will this set up work in my 63' which currently has a TH350 with a floor shifter. What things should I be looking out for when I look at it? He is askin $150....does that sound right?

Any info would be great....Thanks!

Re: 1970 Column

Ok I did find alot of info on the FAQ pages but would still like some input. The FAQ pages addressed that this would for sure work in the 67-72 trucks but what about my 63'? What needs to be modified? And again does $150 sound far cuz its about a 2 hr drive away from my place

Re: 1970 Column

That's way high for a van tilt around here. I scored one at a u-pull-it for $35 a few years ago. Sorry I don't know anything about whether it will work for you or not.
