Cab/Body Work

Anybody got any pointers for replacing cab supports and doing body work? I'm getting ready to order the sheetmetal pretty soon. Also, the rear quarter panels on my bed have smal rust holes near the bottom from exhaust heat. Will it be easier to replace the entire bed sides?
