Long pump or short pump?

Trying to figure out if my BB is using a Long or short water pump. Does anyone have pics of the two on the motor? I know that my fan is about 1/4 inch from the radiator. Thanks! I'm still green.

Re: Long pump or short pump?

Can you stick your finger between the water pump and timing cover ? Yes = long, no = short

Also, alternator on driver side = short, alternator on passenger side = long.
