This would be cool for a custom truck. Glass is alot easier to mod than steel, and your not hacking all the Impalas up to get one! Not exactly cheap, but an option for a super custom look!

Dont think the wheels aint turning!! I seen the prototype and it blows a stock Imp. dash away! I have allways liked that style of dash reguardless of what its in! Crawfish season is coming in... time to start boiling to make some "dash" money!!

I think that dash would look killer in a square body! I've seen one of these in a '69 Camaro at a local car show.

That is kinda sweet seen a lot of metal dashes like that put in anything.Wish they made a 55 chevy style dash.

Yes! If you checked out the link, they make that style to fit several cars. I just need to find out which one would fit closest and mod. from there. I have worked with fiberglass quite a bit, so i dont think it would be too bad! I need to replace my factory dash pad.....so why not replace the dash (that way of thinking gets me in alot of trouble!!)

I put an original one in my 86 and thought it was pretty simple. Got it off ebay for like $150. I would rather work with metal than fiberglass anyday. Just my opinion.

Here are some not so great pics. The dash is dirty and the gauges aren't on.

I painted the gauge pods today so I'll post some more this weekend.
