Wiper delay Module -$12 84-87 -84-91
tested AGAIN on 1-17-09 as GOOD. $12 includes 48 state shipping. IT'S THE FINNED THING at the bottom of your steering column that the wiper switch ties to. Easy to change and try to see if it is your problem.
