help with brake linkage needed
I just got done doing a 73+ front end swap on my 69 gmc. I used the power booster and master from the 73+ truck also. I have it all hooked up and working but the boster linkage is too short to reach the stock pedel hole in its full rebound position. Right now Im running a spacer in between the threaded portion of the shaft and the female end that threads onto it. It helps a little but still isnt right and I dont feel very safe with it like that.
So my question is what is the safe fix for this. I would imagine that a longer inner threaded female end is the answer, but off of what? Please any help with this is appreciated. thanks.

Re: help with brake linkage needed
Is it a 3/4 ton? There's a write up in the FAQ. You get a threaded coupler and it gives you some extra length. I tried this on my 3/4 ton and couldn't get to work right. I lucked out and found a complete setup at the junk yard off a 72.
