whats a good website took look for rear bumbers i pref like the smooth plain rear bumber looks kinda sporty

If you are referring to the GM sport bumper there are several sources. Capt Kaos is a forum vendor that has them available. You will also need the required brackets which are hard to come by.

I don't have the outer part numbers,... but they can be found used on 'burbs and blazers.
