Re: Why!?!

WOW, that is a LOW roof! It looks like they took a stock seat and lowered it a couple inches. Was that low enough? Seems like you'd bonk your head on the roof.

Re: Why!?!

Love the truck but hate the chopped off roof......I guess that is why they have chocolate and vanilla ice cream different taste for different folks.

Takes major skills fabrication skills to build that ... not so much to nick-pick one apart on the Interwebs ...

Re: Why!?!

lots of skills went into that, I wouldn't own it, (couldn't afford the tickets!) but not that bad,, I'm not too found of the chop, maybe a little too extreme for my tastes, but still good work...

Re: Why!?!

Nice craftsmanship not so nice styling, too much chop and hood looks cheesy.
Why did they do it I think that they thought that if a 2" chop looks good, why not do more. Pretty truck, just a bit over the top for my taste.-KB

Re: Why!?!

They spent alot of time on that thing. I could get used to the tunnel ram and carbs sticking through the hood (it might take awhile) and i kind of like the pro street treatment....but that chop....maybe if you chopped a big sun roof in it with an Ed Roth monster poking out of the top with a long shifter with a skull shifter knob....and flames coming outta the exhaust....hay....it just might be kinda cool.

Re: Why!?!

It sits way too high for a chopped truck and I could do without the stacks sticking through the hood.

Looks like a nice chopped custom truck (yep out of the 70"s) that someone decided to update to pro street.

True It would look better with half the chop that it has but I get tired of looking at stock restored trucks.

There is a similar but not as nice that has floated around this area for the past 20+ years and reappears with a new owner and a few changes every couple of years.
