side trim question
I have replaced my bed and was wondering how to drill the holes needed for the trim the new bed does not have any.
Is there a pattern or something that allows the holes to be straight, the correct size, and distance from each other that I could use? I would like to do this myself but I do not want to miss it up. |

You can also get adhesive clips and would not have to drill any holes.

I was asking the same ? afew days ago. The previous owner stripped everything. I'll I got was that the holes were 3/8.

LMC has them, The upper clips are PN #30-1652 and the lower is PN #30-1655. Hope this helps.

I have heard that the adhesive clips do not hold the moulding very well....the moulding ends up sticking out away from the body, and not pulled in tight as it should be.

Just measure your old bed sides. That is what I did. I would use threaded clips front and rear and stick on in between... LockDoc
