couple disk brake q's

so, recently I'm throwing the idea of building a truck, I've built a few cars... but I've always loved the look of slammed c10's.... But, with this build I'm throwing away my other project, a done up monte: 3 link, coil overs, big brakes, 18's, slammed, etc etc...

now i've looked and looked, found a couple things... but still have a couple more questions.. ok..

so.. for g bodies you can maching down a stock rotor to accept pretty much any disk, ie making it a hub... and was wondering if anyone has done it here, I've read that you can re drill them for 5X4.75.. but for adding the new disks?

im bascially going to try to run a 13" rotor, with the c5 z06 calipers.. and wondering if it could be done... thanks.
