Swaybar from a 88 truck on a 87 and below frnt ctrl arm?
OK, I have a 64 C10 and did the front disk swap. So now it has a 85 control arm and braking system on it. My question is pretty much the title. Can I put the newer 88 and up sway bar on the 87 and below control arm? The 88 and up seems to be a bit bigger in diameter but the bends are a little different and how it mounts to the control arm is also different. Just trying to see if anyone has done it before I venture off to the junk yard. Thanks!

i'm thinking its not a direct bolt on but I could be wrong
if you get a sway bar off of a 73-87 3/4T camper special or a 1T they usualy have a 1 1/8" dia as to the 1/2T's 3/4" or 7/8" dia
