Aftermarket sheet metal???

Can anyone comment on the best aftermarket radiator support and inner fenders for my 72? I know none of them are perfect but I would like to get as close to OEM as possible. I don’t mind spending a little extra $$$ if the quality is there. I have NEVER bought aftermarket sheet metal, so I am trying to learn everything I can before I make a purchase. Thanks!

Re: Aftermarket sheet metal???

Most of the after market stuff is made by at least 3 different manufacturers. It comes down to price really not quality.

Re: Aftermarket sheet metal???

Classic doesn`t produce parts.Counterpart is The Truck Shop(CA) brand. Some of that is their parts, but the sheetmetal is Tri-Plus,onless Tri-Plus doesn`t make it.They are the west coast distributor. What you need to do is ask if the parts are Tri-Plus.IMO they are the best bet.Not saying other companies don`t make any good parts. But,I`m familiar with Tri=Plus and like all I`ve seen. Most quality vendors will carry Tri-Plus.If they can`t or won`t tell you who made the part, move on to an honest vendor.
