Arrow 1990 scottsdale 4x4 - temp problems

Hi again..

another thing with this truck is the temp is getting too hot, in city it's 1 quarter, nice and low.. highway it gets up to half and at times 3 quarters.

I do have a plow on the front but sometimes on the highway it's just fine. I really can't drive it too far and am not sure if I have a problem or just need a rad flush.
  • brand new thermo
  • coolant is full and in good cond
  • plow dropped to street level nearly while doing 60mph
  • rad seems fine and clear
  • fan is going good
zero coolant leaks

is it possible that the water pump might be on it's way out ?

thanks again

Dean
