Re: tires????

I'm runnin 16.5-33-12.50 BF Goodrich All Terrains on my 68 K20.

Lot's of companies still offer that size, but I have noticed the sellection is getting smaller. Next time I get tires, I plan to change out the wheels to a size that are more common.

Re: tires????

before spending your money... compair the 16.5 prices to the HUGE selection of 16 inch tires.
I say, go locate some 16 inch rims... steel or otherwise, and never have to ask where to find 16.5's again.

Re: tires????

You can get 9.50 x 16.5s at any worthwhile tire store. They used to make alot of sizes in real close incriments and since they haven`t been used on new stuff for years,it`s narrowed down. There used to be 8.75s,10.00s,11.00s,12.00s,and some smaller sizes.

I agree. 16.5" tires are almost twice as much $$$ as 16".

Lightbulb Re: tires????

I'm sticking with the 16.5's on both the truck and the Blazer. At least on the Blazer, they add value to it!
