Saturday pics (2-7) SEE TEN haulin.

Remember our toolbox discussion from a couple weeks ago??? Well, I finally went back and got it!

And yes...I do haul stuff in the C10.

Fit right in there just fine didn't it..

Spotted this recently as well...

Also spent some time rewiring Christy's 54 this past week.

Had to pull this big joker out to make some room!

Nice box! Why didnt you stand it up in the bed, tie it down, then ramp it off the truck?

Stability my friend....Stability. No sense in making things any harder on ourselves then we had to. The box never moved the entire trip home (about a hour drive).

Re: Saturday pics (2-7) SEE TEN haulin.

I really don't know squat about the Vette. It was tucked in the corner of a shop where I was visiting. The front suspension has been swapped out to a Mustang II with tubular control arms but the rear of the car still has the factory parts under it. The shop owner wasn't volunteering a lot of info so I didn't push it.

I've had the Kennedy box for a while. I don't know how old it is but I do know that they still make em just like it. http://www.toolstoragewarehouse.com/...manufacturer=3

last time I checked it was about a $800-$900 box depending on where you shopped. I got it from a guy that was cleaning out a widows garage in exchange for the contents. It cost me a C-Note.

Amazing how much space those old radios took up considering how little they do.

Re: Saturday pics (2-7) SEE TEN haulin.

Thanks guys! I've already started adding tools to the new box. We're also still working on the wiring on the 54. Hopefully it'll be back on the road soon.

Has your truck always had the bed liner? I thought it was painted.

Re: Saturday pics (2-7) SEE TEN haulin.

Thanks guys! I've had the liner in the pickup since right after I bought it. The paint in the bed was just as slick as the rest of the truck...but I already had one that I couldn't haul anything in, so this one got the liner.
