Re: Ideas on how to hide wiring harness any pics?
I use my kick panel vent when i did my on the cowl on the side i cut a access hole that line up with the vent hole then cut me a panel that fit the vent i use body caulk and sheet metal screws then ran my wires down the back you can run the headlight wires beside the fender and the engine are down low and comes across the back of the motor, the tail light wire are in the same location you have to drill a 1" hole to put it threw. when the is put on you cant see the wirimg or te access hole

Re: Ideas on how to hide wiring harness any pics?
I ran my engine harness straight down from the fuse block, then across behind the lip on the underside of the firewall. You can see in the one photo where I have some heat shield across the top of my exhaust. I used nuts and installed wire retainers on the bottom of a few bolts that hold the hump in place. This keeps the wires up nice and tight (everything is in wire loom of course). Also, I drilled a few holes in the topside of the cowl, installed rubber grommets and ran my washer hoses straight up to the nozzles instead of bringing them out the factory hole and running them across the firewall.
Here are some pics

My friend who rewired my whole truck ran the wires thru the inner lip of the fender and thru the bottom of the core support, a/c lines thru the air vent.
