Talking lowering

ok so i wanna lower my 86 swb.......but not completely slam it...whats the easiest way to lower it with out completly moding the frame??? help?!?!

SPINDLES up front and SHACKLES AND HANGERS in the rear, usually comes out to 3/4 drop. The only downside to that is when your ready to go lower(and you will be) the shackles and hangers with a flipkit will slam the rear.

Id suggest doing the 5" flipkit and a 3" spindle drop. This drop wont slam it but will give you options in the future.

I agree also. Just went through that. Had custom (homemade) rear shackles, and I installed a flip kit. Waaaaaaaaay too low in the rear. Had to put the factory shackles back on for the flip kit.
