73-87 4x4 pics.... take 2

yes i know i posted this somewhere else but i wasnt getting any feedback so i felt like it fit in better here. ok guys i have a 72 chevy 4x4, i know yall are thinkin why is he here, but i do have a reason. ok the po did a 4x4 conversion and i know its not the original year suspension, so i think its between these years. so any pics would be great, also so info about the springs ie how wide the springs are and how long. and i have a question the front springs are flat almost bowing downward is this normal for ya'lls years?

Well, we all have pics. What pics of things do you need, that is the question? Like frame pics, drivetrain pics? Trevor

Front springs are 48" long and usually have a negative arch on em. Rear springs are either 52" or 56" long and should have a positive arch

sorry for being unclear... i need pics of both the front and rear spring hangers on the front and rear suspension for the years 73-87 and 67-72. i am just trying to figure out what suspension i have underneath my truck because its not an original 4x4 it was converted by a po

1st pic: was a pic of a 1972 Blazer Frame that I had saved on my cpu. This should show you how the rear spring hangers look.

2nd pic: pic showing a 1973 + style rear hanger setup

After looking at them, they really look pretty close, but I will tell you a little secret. If it's the old frame, the shocks are parallel with each other. If it's newer, the shocks cross going in to different ways. It was something the factory did to keep wheelhop down. Trevor
