I died, went to heaven, then was brought back to reality

I think i found the black hole of 67-72 chevy trucks in Iowa today. went to a yard that had a good line up of "project" up front, and found out that they have about 10 acres of yard behind the main building.

And in that yard, i found approximately 200 67-72 trucks. Once we got to the end, and started walking back, i started to count. I got to about 80 and gave up. When i looked up, i realized i wasn't even half way done...

best part? I had my camera with me. Here's one pic to look at. I'll post more later after i resize them.

Oh, don't PM me, or ask me if they have, or to go get, parts. That's not what this thread is about. Sorry

Re: I died, went to heaven, then was brought back to reality

Wow...... I am sure I could find something there better than what I have been seeing for sale. It is almost like sending the owner of the yard $3000.00 and saying ship me your worst one.

Just a reminder...

Re: I died, went to heaven, then was brought back to reality

i won't have time to post pics until later (sorry, got to get some work done after playing in the "yard" this morning), but i can't think of a single option i didn't see out there.

well, i guess i didn't see any tool box doors out there, but i wasn't really looking.

From big blocks, to A/C, to buckets (and lots of them) to tach dashes, they have them all.

Apparently there isn't a big demand for them. I've got a rust free one that no one seems to want.......

Awesome!!! More pics! The big question, do they sell many parts, and if so are they reasonable?

There is a wedding in Cedar Rapids next weekend. I could extend my stay. Soooooo, whats the location? I will go on your pictures. I need to touch, not just look at pictures. It's only a 12 hour drive. Thanks
